Probably only one trip to our office will be necessary. All other contact can usually be by telephone, fax and e-mail, as I appreciate that for many a trip downtown is a nuisance.
I pride myself in offering very personalized service: I encourage you to telephone me for advice at the earliest opportunity, even before you have signed a contract if you wish, and you will continue to deal with me at all times rather than with my assistant.
If you are not dealing with a realtor I am very happy to prepare the all-important Offer to Purchase/Agreement of Purchase and Sale, and often I can include that service in my normal fee for handling the purchase or sale.
